Can a guest claim comp tickets at the door?

Yes! If you're using the check-in app, you can claim comp tickets on behalf of your guests at the door.

Here's how to do it:

1. Log in to the check-in app and select the event you would like to check guests into (more on that here).
2. You will automatically be directed to all of your tickets so you can begin checking in your guests.
3. Click the Comps link in the upper left corner to go to your comp tickets.
4.  You'll see all of your comp codes listed on the next page.
5. Find the correct one in the list and click the redeem ticket button.
6. Fill in the guest's name and other information in the pop-up. Make sure you scroll down to see all of the fields.
7. Click the add a ticket button to add another ticket under the same comp code . If you accidentally added another ticket, click the remove button to delete it. When you're finished, click the order tickets button .
8. You'll see a confirmation page that looks like this.
9. Click the close button to return to the comp code screen.
10. Click the Tickets link in the upper left corner to return to your ticket list.   
11. Begin typing your guest's name in the search bar to find them in your ticket list. 
12. Click the check-in guest button .
