To change the name on an existing ticket for your event, you'll need to change the fundraiser associated with it.
More than likely, you'll be adding a new fundraiser (someone who doesn't already have a ticket) so we'll start there. If the fundraiser already exists, you can skip to step 2.
Step 1: Create the new fundraiser
- Click on fundraisers in the left-hand menu.
- Click the green plus sign to create a new fundraiser.
- Enter the new person's contact information in the pop-up and click save .
Step 2: Reassign the ticket
Now that the fundraiser exists, you can edit the ticket.
- Click on tickets in the left-hand menu.
- Scroll through or use the search bar to find the ticket you'd like to change.
- Click the edit button in line with the ticket to make changes.
- The Ticket Editor will open. Choose the fundraiser who should be associated with the ticket from the fundraiser drop-down.
- Choose whether you'd like to save your changes without sending the ticket to the new guest or save your changes and email the ticket to the new guest .
