How can I tell if a transaction was manually entered?

There are two ways to quickly see whether a transaction was made offline (manually entered) or offline (came in through the front of your Swell site.

In the Transactions Tab, look for an x inline with a transaction in the summary.

An "x" here means that the transaction can be deleted from your Swell dashboard and indicates that the transaction was manually entered. 

You can also tell whether a transaction came in through the front side of the site by looking at your Transactions Report. To download that, click Transactions in the left-hand menu and then the download icon.

Column AD (Ref) shows the reference number for this transaction provided by your payment processor. If there's no number there, the transaction was manually entered.
