Bluepay generally transfers funds into your organization's bank account within 24 hours. Times are slightly longer when banks are closed on holidays or weekends.
Sometimes banks delay the transfer of electronic funds. If it's not a weekend or holiday and it has been over 24 hours, consult your BluePay dashboard to make sure the transaction was successful. If everything looks right in BluePay, contact your bank to find out if there's a hold on the transfer.
