If you are your guests are repeatedly getting errors through your event's checkout pages the amount you're trying is too small or there's likely something wrong with your payment gateway.
Here's what to check:
The amount needs to be $5.00 or greater. If the amount you tried was less than that, increase it to $5 and try again. If you're still having trouble, it's time to look at your gateway.
If you're on Authorize.net or BluePay/Card Connect and you've completed the setup process with them, it's likely that your account id is incorrect or your secret key has changed. We'll need to speak with someone at your organization who has access to that information. Send us an email at support@swellfundraising.com so we can help.
If you're on Stripe, more than likely your account is restricted because Stripe is asking for more information from you. Look for email/s from Stripe detailing the information they need. If you can't find those emails or don't want to comb through your inbox to look for them you can find out what information is needed by logging into your Stripe dashboard. Once your account is unrestricted, you'll be able to process transactions through Stripe on all your Swell events.
