If you've recently switched to Stripe from BluePay/CardConnect, you may be wondering whether your Card Connect account needs to remain open or if it should be closed. If you had events running when you made the switch and you haven't yet received all of those funds, you may want to wait to close your account until you've received them.
Once you're finished with your Card Connect account, it should be closed. You can do this yourself if you have access to your Blue Pay dashboard, but you should let us do it for you.
When we close it for you, we can make sure the process is complete and that you don't incur early termination fees.
