If you are not a Swell client, we can't help you close your BluePay/Card Connect account. For help with your BluePay/CardConnect account, contact CardPointe Support by email cardpointesupport@cardconnect.com or phone: 1-877-828-0720.
If you are a Swell client and you've recently switched to Stripe from BluePay/CardConnect your Card Connect account should be closed. However, if you had events running when you made the switch and you haven't yet received all of those funds, you may want to wait to close your account until you've received them.
Once you're finished with your Card Connect account, it should be closed. You can do this yourself if you have access to your Blue Pay dashboard, but you should let us do it for you. When we close it for you, we can make sure the process is complete and that you don't incur early termination fees.
If you're a Swell client and you need our help closing your BluePay/Card Connect account, please create a Swell support ticket including your non-profit (Swell client) name. We'll take it from there and keep you informed throughout the process.
