If you're seeing tickets with no name or email address associated with them when you look at your tickets summary screen, it'll look something like this:
It means the fundraisers associated with those tickets have been deleted.
If you've manually added tickets through the back of the software, you may recall that all ticket holders start out as fundraisers in Swell.
Without the associated fundraiser, the system doesn't have a name or email address to pull into the ticket. Curious about the difference between ticket holders/fundraisers and donors? Check out this article.
If you've deleted a fundraiser, we can't bring them back for you, but we can delete the associated ticket to release them back into the available pool of tickets for your event. For help, email us at support@swellfundraising.com.
