How Do I Close a Campaign?

When you clone a campaign, your old campaign is inactivated and archived. If you want to deactivate a campaign outside of that, send us a quick email and we can help.

Sometimes you just want to turn off the "give now button" instead of taking the whole page down. Let us know if you'd like us to deactivate the entire campaign or disable the give now button.

By the way, your QR codes bypass your give now button so if you've sent out the link to your checkout pages or your QR codes, donors will still be able to access those pages even if we've disabled the buttons.
