How Do I Archive an Event?

When you copy/clone an event, the old event is automatically archived for you.

If you need to archive an event without cloning it, go to the Admin panel under Setup.

To archive your event uncheck both boxes.

To move your event into testing mode, uncheck the box next to  "It's publicly available". 

To unarchive your event without launching to the public, check the box next to "It's active" but leave the "it's publicly available box unchecked.

Caution: Leaving an event publicly available and making it inactive will remove the event from your active event list BUT will allow your checkout pages to be accessed if someone has the link or QR code to them. This could result in transactions coming in on old events.
