How do I view and manage pledges from the dashboard?

To find pledges through the Swell software, follow the steps below: (Tip: Click next to move to the next step in the Scribe. If you don't see the Scribe, give the page another minute to load and/or refresh your browser):

You can also find your pledges in the downloadable transactions report.

From the Transactions screen, click the download icon in the upper right corner. 

Scroll to the right to locate columns AG (Pledge), AH (Pledge Received), and AI (Pledge Key).

• The "Pledge" will tell you if the transaction was a pledge.
• "Pledge Received" will only contain information if the transaction is a pledge and will let you know if the pledge has been paid.
• The "Pledge Key" column provides the link to fulfill the pledge from the pledge email and pledge reminder email so you can copy/paste it into an email you compose in your own email handler.
