How to Send a Reminder Email to Your Guests

Get started in the Email Editor

There are two reminder emails in the editor:  (1) Livestream Reminder Email for Virtual Guests and (2) In-Person Event Reminder Email for In-Person Guests. 

The virtual guest reminder email can be sent from the Virtual Module (in settings).  This email will go to attendees with the Virtual Ticket product.  

The In-Person Guest email can be sent from the email editor.  Edit the email and send when you are ready.  This email will go to all guests with the Ticket product.  

Note: For ALL Emails DON'T FORGET TO EDIT THE SUBJECT LINE.  (Go ahead - do that now, first, while you're thinking about it!)
