If I edit my QR code customizations, will my older version still work?

Yes.

This article is about the QR codes for specific events, not client-level dynamic QR codes. All events have static QR codes that point to the event's donation page, homepage, and ticket purchasing page.

Even though customizations can make these QR codes look different, they will function the same way.     

The above QR codes may look different, but they both point to the same donation page for one of our example sites. The solid black QR code is the default downloaded from the event's QR code settings tab. The stylized version was downloaded from the same place after customizations were made.

This means if you download and use one of your event's QR codes and then later make customizations (or someone else on your team does) and download the same QR again, both versions will work in exactly the same way.

Remember: When you exit out of the QR code menu, any customizations you may have made are not preserved.
