How do I know if people registered for their comp tickets?

If you want to know if a comp code is being used, check the comp code summary screen.

• Click the Setup   from the left-hand menu.
• Choose comps from the menu across the top.
• The number in the "How Many" column will be reduced each time a comp code is used.

If you want to know which comp codes are being used, look to the summary screen in the Tickets Tab.

• Click on Tickets in the left-hand menu .
• The comp code used will show in the price column.
