What if someone does not want to be on the leaderboard?

When someone purchases a ticket or makes a donation, they have the option to do so anonymously by ticking this box:

When someone makes an anonymous donation or purchase, they're hidden from the front of your site.

You can change that selection on the back side of your site for your donors and guests.

For ticketed guests, go to Fundraisers in the left-hand menu and click the edit icon inline with the person's profile you want to change. Uncheck the box in the "Show on Leaderboard" field to hide them or check the box to show them on the leaderboards. Click Save.

For donors, go to Transactions in the left-hand menu and click the edit icon inline with the person's name. Check the box next to "Anonymous Donation?" to make the donation anonymous or uncheck it to show it on the front of the site. Click save.
