If a guest is on a team, will the donation only go towards the team?

No. The donation will credit to both the individual's personal fundraising page and their team's page. Of course, it will also be captured in the event total.

Ex: Betty & Tom are on Team Alabama. Betty donates $100. Tom donates $50. Team Alabama gains $150 while Betty gains $100 & Tom gains $50.
