You can find your guests' addresses in the downloadable transactions report beginning with column Q and in the downloadable fundraisers report beginning with column K.
To get there, select either Transactions or Fundraisers from the left-hand menu while you're logged into your event in your Swell dashboard. Click the download icon () to download the report.
By default, if someone registers on a mobile device, they're only asked for their billing zip code, not their entire billing address to minimize cart abandonment on mobile devices. However, if you need/want the address to be required on all devices, we can change this setting for you. Email email@example.com to let us know you need this changed. This setting will apply to all of your Swell events.
