If you're getting an error message that says "access denied by authenticator(s)," it means the system doesn't think you're logged in and it's easy to fix.
The error looks like this:
Usually, you can fix it by exiting the event/dashboard, refreshing your browser, and then going back into your event. If you're still having trouble, log all the way out of Swell and then log back in.
To log out of Swell, click the down arrow next to your name in the upper right corner of your screen and choose "log out."
Fill in your email address and Swell password on the next screen to log back in. Choose events and then the event you were working on to get back into your event.
