Follow these instructions if your guest is having issues seeing your virtual event:
- The virtual event link needs to be opened on an up-to-date browser, preferably Google Chrome or Safari.
- If the guest is only seeing a white screen, they may be having trouble with their internet connection. Refreshing their browser window (
) will help them reconnect to the stream.
- If the guest sees the login screen, everything is connected properly, but the stream is still loading. Give it time to finish loading.
- If your guest is trying to access the livestream from work, their organizational firewall may be blocking the virtual event on the guest's computer or device. There is no way to access the virtual event if the firewall is blocking the URL.
