Follow these instructions if your guest is having issues with logging in to your virtual event:
First, the virtual event requires a good internet connection, and if the guest is reaching a white screen, have them click refresh again so that it can try to reconnect. If the guest sees the login screen it means it’s all connecting but just taking a bit.
Second, the virtual event link needs to be opened on an up-to-date browser preferably Google Chrome or Safari.
Third, it is possible that the firewall is blocking the virtual event on the guest's computer or device. This typically happens when the guest tries to access the virtual event from their office. There is no way to access the virtual event if the firewall is blocking the URL.
