Where can I find out who attended my virtual event?

You can see a list of your attendees for your livestream by downloading the fundraisers report. To do that, log in to Swell. Next find the campaign you want to work on by clicking "Browse Campaigns." 

You'll see a list of your campaigns on the next screen. Select the one you want information from by clicking it in the list. 

Once you're in the right campaign, select Fundraisers from the left-hand menu.

Click the cloud icon in the right-hand corner above your list of fundraisers to download your report. Look to column J, "Attended." Those with a yes in this column used their ticket code to log in to your virtual event.

If a guest chose to watch without logging into the chat, there's no way to tell that s/he attended. Likewise, if a guest logged in for the entire program, or only part of it.
