To view and managed pledges in the Dashboard, go to the "Transactions" page.
-The transactions that were made and not fulfilled will be designated as "pledge" under Type.
-This information can be edited if a pledge is fulfilled off-line.
-Find and click the download icon (upper right-hand corner) to download a CSV file to your computer with all of your transaction details.
-Scroll to the right to locate two columns labeled "pledge" and "pledge received"
(indicating who has made a pledge and whether or not they have paid/fulfilled it).
Example: Sally made a pledge at an event but did not have her credit card with her. In the transactions download it would show "YES" under pledge and "NO" under pledge received. As soon as she fulfills the pledge, both Pledge and Pledge Received will change to "YES."
Swell sends three automatic emails to a person who has made a pledge--one immediately after a pledge is made, the second after 24 hours, and a third after 48 hours.
