How to Change Your Bank Account with the CardConnect/Bluepay Gateway

Occasionally, clients who utilize the CardConnect/Bluepay Gateway to process payments via Swell need to change the bank account designated to receive deposits. 

To change the bank account, please send CardConnect or Swell the following: 

Required Documentation for a bank change:

• Signed/dated bank change form (attached below)
• Driver's license if original application was digitally signed
• Voided check
  • Name of the business on the check
    
    

• Signed/dated bank letter including:
  • Bank letterhead
  • DBA
  • New ABA/DDA
  • Bank rep contact info
