CardConnect/Bluepay Overview

• Merchants with a CardConnect/Bluepay account do not pay a setup fee, monthly fee or incur fees related to minimum transaction volume.
• Swell works with CardConnect/Bluepay to provide your PCI coverage and all Swell sites are PCI-Certified.  Swell provides PCI certification to CardConnect/Bluepay on behalf of its clients.
• Funds process through CardConnect/Bluepay are directly deposited into your account every 24 - 48 hours.
• All credit card transactions will show up as your organization name
• You have access at all times to your CardConnect/BluePay account to view transactions. 
• Swell support agents can provide support for your merchant account questions. 
• CardConnect/Bluepay processing fees (as of 10-13-2022) are 3.99% + .25 per transaction (Swell receives a small portion of this fee back as income.)
• With Swell, clients can support recurring billing / monthly giving with their CardConnect/Bluepay accounts.
