Occasionally, clients who utilize the CardConnect/Bluepay Gateway to process payments via Swell need to change the bank account designated to receive deposits.
To change the bank account, please send CardConnect or Swell the following:
Required Documentation for a bank change:
- Signed/dated bank change form (attached below)
- Driver's license if original application was digitally signed
- Voided check
- Name of the business on the check
- Name of the business on the check
OR
- Signed/dated bank letter including:
- Bank letterhead
- DBA
- New ABA/DDA
- Bank rep contact info
