A test receipt email can be sent through the Transactions tab in the dashboard.
If you haven't already created a test transaction, you'll need to do that first. From Transactions in the left-hand menu, click the green plus sign and fill in the required information (first name, last name, email address, transaction type, and transaction amount) in the pop-up wizard.

After the transaction has been saved, click on the envelope to the right of the transaction to send a receipt email.
