If someone sent you cash/check for tickets, tables, teams, or sponsorships, you will likely want to manually enter those offline transactions so they show up in your total. Here's how to do that.
To add a transaction:
1. Go to Transactions from the left-hand menu and select the plus button to add new
(This will open the transactions editor)
2. List a referral
*This is the person who gets credit on the leaderboards. Can list the same name as the donation.
**The referral happens organically when someone makes a purchase or donates through the website.
3. Add Name
4. Company (if applicable)
*This will allow you to send this donor a receipt
6. Phone Number
7. Transaction Type:
Donation, Ticket(s), Table(s), Sponsorship
*Remember to mark "table" if you are using the function for teams
9. The "in honor of" field
*This does not appear anywhere on the website. This is just for your records/data.
10. Anonymous Donation: YES or NO
This process does not automatically send a receipt. If you have an email address on file, select the option to send the email (under the actions column).

**NOTE: Adding a transaction in the dashboard will NOT automatically create the product (ticket, table, team).
