Manually entering funds you've received from checks, cash, or other sources into your campaign is easy. Here's how to do it.
Navigate to the Transactions tab from the left-hand menu.
Click the green plus sign to add a transaction.
Fill in the appropriate information in the Transactions Editor when it pops up.
If the donation needs to be credited to a specific person, be sure to select his/her name from the referral dropdown.
Note: If you need to edit a transaction that you manually entered, you can do that from the transactions list. Simply click on the pen and paper icon , make your changes, and save. If you need to delete it, click the X icon instead of pen and paper.
Credit card transactions cannot be edited through the Swell Dashboard. If you need to refund or change those, please visit your payment processor's dashboard.
