Standard Donation Emails

This section of the Email Editor has 3 emails, Donation Receipt, Fundraiser Success Email, and Recurring Donation Receipt.

Donation Receipt

This email goes out automatically when someone gives through the front of your site. You can also manually send it when you enter offline transactions or resend it if someone needs their receipt again. by clicking the icon.

Tip: Receipt emails have default tax language in the footer. You can and should customize this with your organization's own tax language.

Fundraiser Success Email

This email is sent to fundraisers when someone donates through their personal fundraising link.

Recurring Donation Receipt

This email is sent the first time a donor makes a recurring donation through your Swell event site.
