There are 5 emails in the Ticket Emails section of the Email Editor, In-Person Ticket Email, Virtual Ticket Email, Ticket Purchase Receipt, Livestream Reminder Email, In-Person Reminder Email. You may not need to/want to edit them all. Here's what they all are and what they look like:
In-Person Ticket Email
This email is sent for PHYSICAL tickets. You may want to edit it if you're having an in-person or hybrid event. Here's what the default email looks like:
Virtual Ticket Email
This email is sent for VIRTUAL tickets. You may want to edit it if you're having an in-person or hybrid event. Here's what the default email looks like:
Ticket Purchase Receipt
This email is sent for all ticket types. Here's what the default looks like:
Tip: Receipt emails have default tax language in the footer. You can and should customize this with your organization's own tax language.
Livestream Reminder Email
This email is only sent to virtual ticket holders. You might want to edit it if your event is virtual or hybrid. It is only sent when you press the send button in virtual settings.
In-Person Reminder Email
This email is only sent to physical/in-person ticket holders. You might want to edit it if your event is in-person or hybrid.
This email is only sent when you press the send button in the email editor.
