Think of your guest reminders as a way to contact all of your event's ticketed guests through the Swell dashboard. You can send them any time you'd like and as often as you'd like.
Things to keep in mind when it comes to sending out your reminder emails:
- Reminders aren’t sent automatically, but they are sent as soon as you click the blue send button.
- The in-person reminder is sent from the Email Editor
- The Livestream reminder is sent from virtual settings.
- Edit your both your livestream and in-person reminder emails in the Email Editor.
- Remember to edit your subject lines!
- The reminder email you choose has to do with the ticket product you create.
- If you created virtual tickets, use the livestream reminder email.
- If you created in-person/physical tickets, use the in-person reminder email.
- If you created both ticket types, remember to send both reminders.
