PRO TIP: If you do not have a graphic designer on hand, we highly recommend using Canva. We've provided templates you can use to easily create your branding images using Canva under each description.

These images are necessary for all events. Once they're all in place and the other items in your launch checklist are checked off, you'll be able to see the "I'm Ready" button in your event dashboard so you can launch your site.

Wondering Where to see your site's branding images?

Event Page Header Image

The main image used for each particular event--located at the top of your Swell Site.

Profile Page Header Image

This is the header image on the "personal fundraising pages." 
Note: This image is the same size as the main event header so you can use the same image for both.

**PRO TIP: Add personal language to this image for your fundraisers.
EX: "I am fundraising for NONPROFIT NAME, will you join me?"
"Help us reach our goal!"

Social Media Preview Picture
1080 x 565 pixels, jpeg
This is the image that appears when someone shares your link.
Note: This picture is not mandatory. If not uploaded, social media previews will use the event page header image.

Logo Image
261 x 166 pixels, jpeg
This is the upper right-hand box. It is most commonly used for the beneficiary's logo, but you can use it for any image (of the correct size). This is the perfect spot for a title or presenting sponsor's logo.

Default Table Profile Picture
500 x 500 pixels, jpeg
This is the image that displays in the upper left corner of your table pages. If you're not creating tables in Products, you don't need to worry about this image.

These are the images that will be seen on the emails (sent through our system) and the tickets. 
*These images are required for emails and tickets to send properly.

This is the image at the top of your ticket.

This is valuable real estate! Put sponsor logos here, parking instructions, or any image you prefer.
