The Setup section is where you set up your website for your Online Campaign or Event website. This article will explain all of the tabs in this section.
The guides in this section will walk you through how to create some of our most common event types from A to Z.
You can find the setup tab in the left-hand menu when you're logged into your Swell event/campaign.
Once you're in Setup, you'll have several options in a horizontal menu (across the top):
Details
The "who, what, where, when" of your event/campaign. Add or edit your event/campaign name, beneficiary name, and time. For the section "describe this event" add in a few sentences that you want to be shown on the Personal Fundraising Pages.
Fee Coverage
Choose whether to absorb processing fees, allow guests/donors the option to cover them, or require guests/donors to pay them.
Branding
Upload your branding images in this tab to customize your site.
Comps
Free tickets for your special guests and/or sponsors
Content
You will spend a lot of time here. This is where you make the website your own and add informative text, pictures, etc.
Coupons
Use our coupon section to create discount codes for your guests.
Products
Create tickets, tables, teams, and sponsorships to sell.
Social Networks
Add your organization's social media information.
Sponsors
Add your sponsors' logos and URLs here.
Groups
Create pre-set groups (teams with an unlimited number of participants) for your fundraisers to join.
Settings
Configure your site's settings for the virtual module, buttons, leaderboards, and checkout pages.
