How can I moderate the chat during a livestream?

Before your livestream begins, create yourself as a ticket holder through the backend of the software. In case you need a refresher, here's how to do that.

Next, go to the virtual module and select yourself as a Chat Administrator. 

When your event is in livestream mode, log in using your ticket code. Although the system will try to recognize you by name and email it is common for you to be entered in the system multiple times as a result of testing etc.  The code will ensure that it connects you as an admin.

That will log you into the chat. Look for the three dots to the right of any post . When you click those, you'll see a menu of actions you can perform that looks like this:

This menu is just for chat administrators/moderators like you.
