This section will show who has bought a table at your event and will list:
Table Name
Table Host
Table Number
Table Type (what you called your tables when you set them up in products)
Amount (this will only appear if a table was purchased through the site)
Host
Seats

Use this information to manage your tables. For example, if you see that one table still has 9 empty seats out of 10, you could contact the host to remind them to invite their guests. *When your hosts invite their guests, you get the NAME, EMAIL ADDRESS, and CONTACT ADDRESS for your database. This also issues them a ticket. The check-in app that comes with your Swell license pulls the name of all ticketed guests for an easy check-in process.
The action column gives you 3 options:
1. Send/Re-send Table Host email
(where the host can invite his/her guests)
2. Table Host Registration Page
(You can always copy/paste this link to your host if needed)
3. Table Fundraising Page
(this is "personal fundraising page" for the table. It will appear on the leaderboards and shows all of the guests!)
