To access the transactions menu, log into your event and click Transactions in the left-hand menu.
From this section, you can:
1. View all of the transactions for your event/campaign
(donations, ticket purchases, table purchases, team purchases, sponsorship purchases, and pledges)
View the date, transaction ID, type, name, email, group, number of tickets, amount
*Use the search feature to find someone specific
2. Edit
2a. Edit the referral attached to the transaction.
(the referral is the fundraiser who gets "credit" on the leaderboards)
2b. Edit the email address for the transaction receipt email.
2c. You can edit a pledge to make it "filled" if someone fulfilled a pledge offline (cash/check).
2d. If you entered the transaction as an offline transaction, you will be able to edit the amount here.
*You can't edit the amount when a transaction was processed through using a credit card through the front of the site.
3. Add
Add a transaction for someone who has paid offline (AKA sent you cash/check)
4. Download
Download a .CSV file of all your transactions
5. Send/re-send the receipt via email
6. Delete transactions
*you can only delete a transaction if it was manually added.
