CREATING COMPLIMENTARY TICKETS:
1. In the Dashboard, click on the "Comps" from the setup menu.
2. Click on the green plus sign to add a new code .
3. Fill in the information in the popup
3a. name and email for point person of sponsorship/guests
3b. how many comp tickets needed AND what type of tickets this person/group receives
3c. "code"- a one-word code for your records and to create the url (should be specific per sponsor/guest)
4 .Decide whether you would like to send the comp code now or later. Choose the save button with the envelope to send now or the save button with the red circle around the envelope to save the comp without emailing your recipient.

*Once the comp process is completed, the ticket will be sent out along with fundraising page info. All ticket holders are considered fundraisers in Swell.
Click the icon next to the "code" to see the personalized link.
You can always copy/paste this link as well (if someone says they did not receive the email)
Through the dashboard, you can see how many tickets are remaining.
You can always edit the comp tickets and/or delete
The "notes" field is just for you/your organization!
You can always re-send the comp link email to your guest/sponsor anytime by clicking the email iconunder the action column.
