If your event has tickets with options for t-shirts, menu choices, or an open text field and a guest needs to update their choice, you can do that for them in the Ticket Editor. (Want to add radio button choices to your tickets, email support. We can help with that.)
If you don't have radio buttons, but still need to record a note for yourself about a ticket, you can do that here as well.
Any note you enter should be no more than 1-2 words. Please avoid using these special characters in your note: forward slashes (/), backwards slashes (\) , ampersand (&), apostrophes (') and quotation marks (").
Here's how to edit the note field:
Once you're logged into the event you want to work on, choose Tickets from the left-hand menu.
Use the search bar or scroll through your tickets until you find the one you'd like to work on.
Click the edit icon inline with it. This will open the Ticket Editor.
Find the "Ticket Notes" field toward the bottom of the Ticket Editor and enter your note. Unless you already have a radio button field on your individual tickets (for example meal choices or t-shirt sizes), this field will be blank. If your tickets have choices like t-shirt sizes or menu options, you'll see what the guest chose in this field when you open the editor.
Choose one of the save options. Hint: If you're just entering or updating a note, you probably don't want to re-send your guest their ticket email. In that case, choose Save.
Whatever you enter in this field will show in the notes field of your ticket report download.
