Most likely, Facebook hasn't crawled (electronically looked at) your page in a while. If you've recently changed your Event Header Image in the Swell dashboard or your site is brand new, this is most likely the case.
Facebook has a built-in debugger tool to help with this. If you're comfortable using it yourself, you can find it here. Paste your event's URL into the blank and click the Debug button. If your new image isn't showing up, click the "Scrape Again" button.
