About the Fundraisers Section

In the Swell software, a fundraiser is anyone who is helping you raise money--even if they aren’t attending the event! 
*Use this section to edit someone's NAME or EMAIL ADDRESS if they accidentally entered it incorrectly.

The "short.code" is the link to the actual page--this is automatically created in our database and cannot be changed form the dashboard.
*The "short.code" will always be FirstName.LastName and will appear after your URL
EX: URL.swell.gives/firstname.lastname

To edit:
1. search/find their name
2. Select the "edit" icon
3.Correct info (name and or email address)
4. Hit Save!
If needed, go to tickets and re-send the ticket (you might need to do this if the fundraiser's email address was wrong and they didn't receive their ticket)

To download a spreadsheet to your computer, click the “cloud” Icon  in the upper right-hand corner. This is a great spreadsheet to use in MailChimp or other Mail Merge system!
**PRO-TIP: Regularly download this list and email your fundraisers with updates and tips and encouragement throughout your campaign / pre-event.
