Why am I being billed at the end of the month and how can I get a detailed statement for my records?

You may have noticed a strange charge on your bank statement and wondered what it is. Although it may look like the charge is from Swell, it's actually the processing fees from Bluepay/CardConnect for all the donations you received through the processor during the month. 

CardConnect deposits the funds you receive from donations and purchases made through your Swell site the next business day.  A nominal fee for each credit card transaction is charged, but instead of deducting the fee each time funds are transferred into your account, all of the fees are deducted as a lump sum at the end of the month.

If you didn't receive your statement from CardConnect, need to reprint it, or need to see a detailed breakdown for any reason, you can view, download, and print the statement from your BluePay dashboard. Once you're logged in, navigate to Statements in the menu on the left-hand side. From there, choose the month you'd like to view.
