Questions to think about:
- How is the Wifi internet connection (needed anywhere you intend to run the software)
-Consider a cellular hotspot
- How many projection screens and/or monitors does your venue provide?
- What is the wifi password?
- How many iPads are needed for check-in?
- Do you want to live stream your event?
(Audio quality is best for ceremonies/speakers. Audio quality is worst for loud bands)
How do I "display" my show?
Just as you would a powerpoint! The show will run form a computer, to hook up the computer to a TV or projector!
