On our second call we will go over the following:
Step two is all about understanding your guest processes and what you can manage while your event/campaign is underway! These processes will all issue system emails in one way or another. Any email edits must be made before the site is launched.
1. TABLES / TEAMS
If you're selling tables or teams (where there is a leader who invites members),
this is where you can see all of that information!
You will be able to see Table Host/Team Captain, who's been invited, and who's confirmed.
On a call, we will go over how the invitation process works so you can see first-hand.
*Your responsibility: Test your tables/teams here by adding a new one (plus button) and inviting yourself, co-workers, test people, etc.
You need to know the process first-and so when you get questions you can answer them!

Everyone who buys a ticket is automatically a fundraiser for you (a physical fundraiser)!
If I cannot come to your event, but I still want to support and share info online, I can become a fundraiser (a virtual fundraiser). This means they have their own personal Fundraising Page!

If someone's email was accidentally entered wrong, or a name misspelled- you fix it here! This is a great place to download everyone's information and send an email!

Take a peek at tickets and see who's coming! Again, you can download the spreadsheet of names and emails and send email updates.

If you are using the Table/Team function, see how you can manage that from here. You can assign tickets to a table, delete tickets, add tickets, assign someone new to an existing ticket.ou can add tickets here as well.

4. COMP TICKETS

Go over and test the comp ticket process for your sponsors and special guests! By creating a comp ticket--you are actually creating a unique comp ticket LINK.
Send one to yourself/co-workers and fully understand the process/understand how you can use it for this event or any future events.

View all of your transactions here and add off-line transactions to reflect on your site.
*Your responsibility: To understand and test the functionality and purpose of this section. From here, you can edit referrals, names and email addresses and also ADD offline transactions (cash/check/sponsorships)/ Anything added here will reflect upon your website total. Send and Re-send receipts to your guests.
ex: If I click on Sue's link and donate $10, Sue gets my credit! If someone needs their referral changed, you can do that here. You can download a spreadsheet and send an email.

Add a coupon code if you want a discount on your tickets! (works for tickets only, not tables/teams).
Ex: if you want an early bird discount of $10 off
Create the code EARLYBIRD and add 10 as the discount amount.
A coupon box will automatically appear on the ticket page for your guests to add the code. It is up to you to display the code!
